Delete your
account.

We’d hate to see you go, but we’ll make it painless. Pick the route that works for you — in-app is fastest. We action every request within 30 days.

From inside the app Fastest

Open CHNKS or Caster on your phone, tap Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. The action is irreversible and runs immediately.

Lost access to the app or never installed it? Fill in the form on the right. We confirm by email within two business days, then complete the deletion within 30 days.

Write to privacy@appden.ca from the address on your account. Include which app and your display name if you remember it.

§ 02 — DELETION REQUEST FORM

I understand that deletion is permanent and will remove my profile, library, submissions, and messages within 30 days. Some records may be retained where the law requires (see Privacy § 07).

This form opens your default email client with the request pre-filled to privacy@appden.ca. If that doesn’t work for you, just write to that address directly.

Request prepared.

Your email client should have just opened with everything filled in — review it and hit send. If nothing opened, write to privacy@appden.ca directly and we’ll handle it from there.

What happens after you submit.

Within 48 hours

We confirm by email.

A real human reply to the address on file, acknowledging your request and starting the clock.

Within 30 days

Your data is removed.

Profile, library, submissions, messages, and diagnostic logs tied to your account — gone from our production systems.

Some exceptions

What we keep, and why.

Anonymized analytics, tax records (CRA requires 7 years), and anti-fraud logs. None of these are identifying. Full detail in Privacy § 07.
